About Obaasima

My actual name is Angela and I love to support low-income students who are interested in public service. I graduated from Grinnell College where I studied Sociology and Global Development. I am originally from Ghana.

Throughout my college years, I have been awarded about $40,000 over four years to support my unpaid internships and public service projects across Ghana and the US. In the next five to ten years, I see myself working in international development as a scholar-practitioner. I also certainly see myself defending the superiority of Ghana Jollof until 2030 and beyond.
